Commissions – Instructions and Details

How a commission works

Portraits are created based on one or more photographs.
To achieve the best result, it’s important to provide high-quality images — ideally a small selection. This allows the artist to capture not only the subject’s appearance but also their personality, through a look, a gesture, or an expression.

You may also include a brief description with useful information about the subject’s character, background, or any specific requests.

Each painting is a personal interpretation, crafted with sensitivity, attention to detail, and the unique style that defines the artist’s work.

Techniques and recommendations

You can choose between oil on canvas and watercolor on paper.
Alternatively, the artist is happy to recommend the most suitable technique and dimensions, based on the subject and the desired effect.

These same principles apply to other types of commissioned artworks — such as landscapes, symbolic scenes, or paintings inspired by personal stories.

Timing, pricing, and delivery

After reviewing the submitted photos and information, a personalized quote will be provided.

Once the commission is confirmed by email, the artist will begin the painting process.
Upon request, a preview of the work in progress can be shared.

Delivery times depend on the type and size of the painting, as well as the current waiting list.

The artwork will be delivered with a Certificate of Authenticity, confirming its originality and authorship.

Shipping is handled via specialized express courier, with professional packaging and insurance included. Worldwide delivery is available.
