One morning I woke up, looked at the walls, and thought: “That’s it, I can’t live with that yellowish warm white anymore.”
That’s when I discovered the power of colors — they can transform not only a space, but the energy of the people who live in it.

A Bright Decision
So I decided: out with the old, in with pure white.
Bright, honest, unapologetic. The kind that doesn’t hide dust but rewards you with ten times more light.
Now, every time I walk in, it feels like I’ve slept eight hours (even when I’ve slept five).
And finally, my paintings can breathe again.

Violet Moves In
Once I decided to repaint, I realized the old yellow-orange on the entry wall and the bookshelf niches had to go.
That color once felt sunny but had become too loud.
So I chose violet, calmer but not cold — perfect for letting my paintings shine without stealing the spotlight.

Blue Dreams in the Bedroom
In the bedroom, I went for deep blue behind the bed.
Deep like a sky after rain or a thought left unfinished. Blue is calm dressed well: relaxing but elegant.
And it has a superpower — it makes everything look tidier, even when it’s not.

The Bathroom Rebels
And then there’s the bathroom, the rebel of the house.
While everything else went calm and minimal, the bathroom shouted: “Excuse me, I want to live!”
So, between white tiles and a sleek blue stripe up to the mirror, orange came back — brighter, bolder, more me.

The Moral of the Makeover
In the end, I realized that the power of colors is a form of self-awareness.
White is the urge to breathe, violet the calm regained, blue the depth of dreams, and orange the spark that keeps life awake.
Basically, I gave my home a chromatic therapy — and it works better than most coaching sessions.
👉 And you — if you could change one color in your home (or your life), where would you start?
